Christmas music is cheesy and yes stores play it earlier each year to get you spending holiday money earlier, but it's all apart of the atmosphere. My Nan, who spends Christmas mostly alone, goes to the stores not to buy anything, but just to feel the holiday atmosphere. We have to decorate the tree and shop for pressies in the glaring sun which makes it uncomfortable to wear those Gap and Old Navy scarves a large chunk of us own; I think we could all use a little music to help us get in the holiday mood, instead of the harrased, frantic disposition most of the people lining the store aisles and manning the roads are. If you went to the zoo, you'd expect there to be animals? I recomend you all buy the $1.99 advent calendars (British tradtition) from Trader Joes; a small chocolte in some holiday motif for each day might help. Sorry this was so long. Happy Holidays.

Re: SCC II: Now what?

Don't give up. I'm going to write my own email. The music is bad enough, but the xmas outfits and the red cups really push me over the edge. And I don't even go to starbucks.

Re: SCC II: Now what?

The free drink coupon... a free caramel macchiato or cinnamon spice mocha beats a signature from someone you don't know anyday...
