I thought Bush was a bit funnier and more glib, but I'm not sure that's something you want to be in a foreign policy debate.  And he also seemed significantly distracted or something.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I think Kerry hit the points he needed to, and seemed very presidential. Kerry won.
